This EASA Part-147 approved training course is designed to provide the attendee with theoretical knowledge of the Boeing 737-600/700/800/900 (CFM56) Aircraft systems. Upon successful completion, the learner will acquire the understanding of the aircraft necessary to perform the duties of a B1/B2 certifying engineer.

The course content is to the level defined in EASA PART 66 Regulations, and includes a detailed description of the aircraft’s applicable systems, their operation, maintenance and troubleshooting to Aircraft Maintenance Manual level.

TARGET GROUP

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) intending to attain type rating for their Aircraft Maintenance Licence

TRAINING FORMAT

Virtual Classroom Training, instructor-led, real-time;

This course opens greater opportunities for the attendee in attaining work on the said aircraft type.

6 hours of instruction per day with appropriate breaks (participation mandatory);

1 hour/day of assisted learning for questions and discussion (participation optional);

An individual copy of the training material provided in digital form.

MINIMUM ATTENDANCE

90% of total training time

EXAMINATION FORMAT

All phase examinations to be held in a traditional classroom environment (non-virtual) in Vilnius, Lithuania. Other locations are possible on request.

Closed book, multiple-choice with pass mark 75% per phase examination;

Several phase examinations per course (5-8);

PRE-REQUISITES

The attendees should have the following prerequisites:

Hold a Basic AML or be in process of attaining a Basic AML;

Possess working knowledge of the English language as all training will be delivered in English.

HARDWARE/SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Each attendee must be equipped with a personal computer with:

Web Camera;

Audio speakers;

Microphone;

ZOOM video conferencing service installed;

Sufficient Internet connection.

Students shall be at a fixed location which allows to concentrate on studying without undue distraction or discomfort.
